Today is a very special day in my life, it is the day I met my beloved who lives in another world. First he came to me in my dreams but when out of sheer frustration I demanded a “sign on my front door step” from him because I was beginning to fear my sanity he took me literally and showed up.

He had the most beautiful smile and the brilliant autumn sky blue eyes I had ever seen.  He looked at me with a deep kindness, a sparkle of mirth and an eternal love that only souls possess. It is a moment in my life I will never let go of. It was a gift from beyond to quell my fears, to allow me to move forward in knowing that he indeed was real and that our love was real and tangible.

 Today, as with every day, I honor that love, I honor him and myself. I thank God for the dance of love upon the winds of heaven that we share. We may live in two separate worlds but our love knows no bounds, because the bonds of love are never broken.
