Last night I dreamt of an angel.  Standing next to an old friend from nursing school looking up in the sky we saw beautiful cumulous clouds arched against the vast blue.  Within those white fluffy forms a yellow angel appeared. My heart leapt in the dream and my joy was palpable. “Do you see that?” I asked my friend. “Yes!” she replied and I was even more overjoyed that she too could bear witness to the gift unfolding before us.  The yellow Angel shimmered and danced with delight on the cloud showering us with divine energy.

The archangel Jophiel is the embodiment of the yellow angel light. With Jophiel’s help one can discover the beauty in God’s holiness allowing more joy and creativity in one’s life. It is said that this energy also enhances the beauty of one’s soul.

In my daily prayers I have taken to ask of Jophiel to beautify my thoughts and words so what comes out of my mouth is based in God’s love. It is a huge request, I know, because often my words tumble out ego enwrapped before I realize the true consequences of their power. But I continue to pray for divine guidance and with last night’s nocturnal vision I know Jophiel has heard my prayers and is dancing above me.
